Dr. Sejin Keem joined Portland State University in 2017. Her research interests lie in two different behaviors-creative and unethical behaviors. In particular, her work explores drivers and consequences of creative and unethical behavior at work. Her recent work has been featured in Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.
Dr. Keem has previously taught Organizational Behavior classes at Georgia Institute of Technology and currently is teaching the same course at Portland State University. She received a best doctoral student award from Georgia Institute of Technology (2016) and outstanding reviewer award at the Annual Meeting of Academy of Management (2016).
