Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri - Columbia. She is licensed as a CPA in Oregon and Missouri. Sarah began teaching at PSU in spring of 2018, currently teaching intermediate financial accounting, governmental accounting, and nonprofit accounting. She has also taught introduction to financial accounting and managerial accounting in the past.
Sarah's prior work experience includes external audit with KPMG, internal audit for Caleres, financial analysis for regional hospital, and tax preparation for individuals and small businesses.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking, spending time at the Oregon Coast, and reading a good book.
