• Do informational interviews to learn more about different career paths
• Research internships and jobs to get a sense of skills and experience you can work towards
• Build your skills & strengths through classes and attending career events
• Enroll in a career class elective to learn essential job searching skills

I’m looking for an internship

• Meet with your career coach to develop an internship search strategy
• Look for internships on the SB Job & Internship Board
• Attend career workshops and events to refine your application materials and connect with industry professionals to build your network
• Update your LinkedIn profile 
• Finalize an interview ready outfit using the Career Clothing Closet

I’m graduating this year

• Meet with your career coach to plan for your post-graduation job
• Find a mentor through PSU Works, one of the SB Career Mentor programs, or by attending career networking events
• Learn and practice effective salary negotiation strategies
• Do mock (practice) interviews
• Share your career outcomes with us to celebrate your success

• If you’re still job searching, meet with your career coach to get 1:1 support
• Attend career workshops and events either to support your own career development or as a guest speaker
• Access our online resources to help you continue refining your short or long term career goals
• If you work for a company that wants to hire for business roles, connect your hiring team with our employer engagement team
