Veterans Services
Welcome to PSU's Veteran Services - we consist of two offices: The Certification Office, located in the lobby of Fariborz Maseeh Hall, is here to help you process and certify your VA or DoD education benefits, including the GI Bill®. The Veterans Resource Center is located in the Smith Memorial Student Union, suite 401. We are here to provide support and resources to Veterans, Service members and their family members, as well as a space to come together and connect with others within the PSU community.

Veterans Certification Update - COVID-19

As you know, spring classes will be offered and conducted remotely, at least through mid-April, via temporary remote methods. Check the PSU website for full information on the PSU Coronavirus Response.
On March 21, 2020, the President signed Senate Bill 3503 into law, which gives the federal VA the authority to continue GI Bill payments uninterrupted in the event of an emergency or health related situation. This means that PSU’s temporary remote courses will be certified as residence credit. Courses that were initially designated as fully online will continue to be certified as distance credit.

If you have questions about your specific circumstance, please contact the Education Call Center at: 1-888-442-4551 between 8 AM and 7 PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday.

GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). More information about education benefits offered by VA is available at the official U.S. government Web site at
