Transportation and Parking Services is currently open by appointment only with reduced customer service hours, Monday-Thursday 10:00am-3:00pm. Appointments are 15 minutes in duration and currently limited to sales and returns/exchanges of parking permits and transit passes. To make an appointment please visit our Appointment Scheduler

Viking Passes

Student Viking Pass

Spring term passes for PSU students will be available for purchase via our Online Portal starting March 1st, 2021 and valid 3/20/21-6/30/21

Employee Viking Pass

Employee Viking Passes are available beginning September 2020, The monthly deadline for purchasing an Employee Viking Pass is the 10th of the month. Passes purchased after the 10th of the month will become active on the 1st of the following month. Please visit our Employee Transit page for more information on our program changes.

Lost/Stolen Hop Card Replacement

Replacement Hop Card requests can be made remotely! Please fill out the HopCard Replacement Form and we will mail you a replacement card. 

Vanport Building Parking Updates

PCC & OHSU students and staff occupying the Vanport Building located at 1810 SW 5th Ave Portland, OR 97201 are now eligible for PSU parking permits at the affiliated rates. Vanport students can now purchase student term commuter permits and Vanport staff can purchase annual faculty/staff permits. To request a permit at the affiliated rate, please fill out our request form and your request will be processed within 1-2 business days. Parking Information

PSU parking permits or payment via our pay stations or the Parking Kitty mobile app are required at all times when utilizing PSU parking facilities. Parking areas are still being enforced and vehicles parked without payment or permit may be issued a citation.

Commuter, Resident and Overnight permits may be purchased via our Online Portal. Spring Term Commuter Permits will be available to purchase online starting March 1st, 2021 and are valid 3/20/21-6/27/21.

Faculty/Staff Annual permits are available via the Employee Permit Remote Request Form for a contactless purchase option. Faculty/Staff permit requests will be processed and mailed within 1-2 business days.

Employee Emergency Ride Home Program

Portland State University has partnered with Lyft to provide employees with a new reliable mobility resource. Ride Smart by Lyft offers employees 2 discounted Lyft rides each academic year. For more detailed information please visit the Employee Transit page.

Outstanding Citations

Parking Citations can be paid or appealed online via the Online Portal. If you are unable to make payment online, please send payment by mail to 1812 SW 6th Avenue, Portland, OR 97201. We are not currently offering in-person service for parking citations, however if you require further assistance please email or call our office at 503-725-3442 during business hours.
