Jeff Busch is an adjunct instructor in Engineering and Technology Management (ETM) and a Senior Consultant and Trainer with Cadence Management Corporation. He also provides independent consulting services to a broad range of clients. With over 40 years of hands-on experience, Mr. Busch is a recognized authority in project management, specializing in scheduling, strategic planning, dispute resolution, partnering facilitation, change management, risk management, and business development.

Throughout his career, Mr. Busch has consulted with more than 200 organizations, addressing complex business challenges and organizational needs. His clients include the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Oregon Department of Transportation, Nike, NetApp, Rockwell Collins, Tektronix, Advent Software, AT&T Federal Systems, Jacobs, Northwest Natural Gas, Boise Cascade, Daimler, Polaris Industries, Johnson & Johnson, Intuitive Surgical, Kimberly-Clark, and numerous state and local government agencies. He has contributed to projects totaling over $3 billion in combined value.

Mr. Busch earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin–Stout and a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. He holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certification #737 from the Project Management Institute and has served in multiple capacities for PMI.  His contributions to the field include an extensive body of publications and he has developed training manuals for professional organizations and various municipal governments.
