Colleen joined The School of Business Career Center in 2022 as a Career Coach and works primarily with Accounting and Finance students. Her goal is to help students unlock their potential for career success, whether that's landing their first professional position, embarking on a career change, or securing a promotion. 

Colleen had worked in education since the beginning of her career over three decades ago. Most recently she worked at George Fox University as an academic advisor and career coach in their College of Business. Prior to that she established a comprehensive career services program for alumni at Willamette University, created and designed award-winning education programs for Champoeg State Park, and assisted in the development and operation of a nationally ranked MFA in Writing Program at Pacific University. 

Colleen is passionate about working with students and has devoted her professional life to creating and facilitating experiences that have allowed people to not only learn, but to chart new directions and have the confidence to pursue their dreams. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Colleen loves the outdoors and can be found hiking, biking, and camping. She also loves nurturing her relationships with friends and family, so she is constantly setting up dates and traveling to be with the people she cares about.
