Charles Rynerson is an affiliate member of the Population Research Center faculty with over 30 years’ experience as an applied demographer at Portland State University, the San Diego Association of Governments, and San Diego City Schools. During his career, he has promoted public access and understanding of information from the U.S. Census Bureau and provided training and assistance to census data users around Oregon. Rynerson has also conducted dozens of custom demographic analyses, including population estimates and forecasts for special districts, as well as enrollment forecasts for over 35 of Oregon's K-12 school districts.
