Join Campus Rec personal trainers for a 4 week small group course learning to adjust, use, and progress on machines and equipment to create a challenging workout for each muscle group, with the goal to feel more comfortable and confident in the weight room. This course will focus on proper form for safe and effective exercise, important resistance training principles, and specific women training principles including hormones, active/work to recovery ratios, and the difference in training principles for genetic make up.
