Small Group Courses

Campus Rec is piloting a new series of small group courses! These introductory courses meet for four sessions to learn the fundamentals of a specific activity. Small group courses are led by knowledgeable and experienced instructors in a supportive community environment, perfect for members new to the activity.

All small group courses require registration through our member portal and are offered for the price of $40. Participants will be asked to provide feedback. Registration opens Monday, December 29th at 8 am. Reserve your spot today!

Tuesdays | 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24 from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Join Campus Rec personal trainers for a 4 week small group course learning to adjust, use, and progress on machines and equipment to create a workout for each muscle group, with the goal to feel more comfortable and confident in the weight room.

Gentle Yoga

Foundations of Pilates

Fridays | 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/20 from 12:15 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.

This four-week Pilates series is designed to provide a small group experience that helps to build core strength, improve posture, and increase mobility.
