Calendar This four-week Pilates series is designed to provide a small group experience that helps to build core strength, improve posture, and increase mobility. Each session will focus on the foundational Pilates principles, including breath, control, centering, precision, flow and concentration, while incorporating dynamic movement and practical exercises.
