Viking Days 2020

Kicking off fall term is Viking Days, a series of event-filled days designed to welcome new students to the PSU community. Over the course of Viking Days, academic departments and resource centers across campus host events big and small to celebrate the start of a new academic year.

Each year, Party in the Park draws thousands of PSU students to the Park Blocks for a day of entertainment and the opportunity to connect with student organizations and campus activities. GroupX Fitness: Virtual HIIT + Abs with Karelly R.

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training which is characterized by periods of high energy and fast heart rates, followed by recovery time where the heart rate will slow down.
