To qualify for Tuition Free Degree, you must meet all of the requirements below:

  • Oregon resident
  • Pell Grant-eligible according to FAFSA
  • Enroll part or full time (6-16 credits per term)
  • Start in fall term
  • Admissible to PSU as an undergraduate first year or transfer student or re-enrolling as an undergraduate

Students need to establish eligibility during their first academic year at PSU to be included in the program. Students will be notified that they are eligible for the Tuition-Free Degree program via email and in their financial aid offer. Apply to PSU today!
