Maya Hills brings a background in the nonprofit sector, K–12 education, and higher education, with a focus on supporting students and building inclusive communities. She is committed to expanding access to higher education, especially for those who may feel that college is out of reach, and believes that earning a degree is always possible.
As the Student Success Recruitment and Retention Coordinator for the School of Business, Maya supports students in their transition to college and persistence through graduation. She is especially passionate about empowering students to break barriers, challenge expectations, and create meaningful change. Maya values building genuine connections and helping students navigate their educational journeys with confidence and resilience.
