Lorelie (Lori) Kaid recently served as the VP Enterprise Project Services at WSECU, a credit union that serves the Washington State community. She focused is on leading both the Project Services and Agile Services teams, who delivered solutions for members and employees. She also oversaw strategic efforts ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and adoption within the organization. In January 2026, she moved to an Investment firm managing their Project Portfolio and review process. Personally, she is active globally with the Project Management Institute as a global volunteer as well as an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
