Justin joined the PSU Center for Public Service team in the Fall of 2024. He works as a research assistant for the Northwest Environmental Justice Center, the EPA Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center affiliated with the PSU Institute for Tribal Government. He holds a BA in Environmental Science from Colby College and an MS in Environment and Sustainability from the University of Michigan. He recently moved from Oakland, California, and is pursuing a PhD in Earth, Environment, and Society at PSU. Justin is passionate about water resources, spatial data analysis, and statistics.
