Justice Chukwu (he/him) serves as an Access Counsellor & Consultant at Portland State University. He previously worked at the Northwest ADA Center as a Technical Assistance Specialist, where he supported individuals and organizations with ADA compliance, and at Disability Rights Oregon as a Legal Advocate, assisting crime survivors with disabilities in navigating the criminal justice system.

Justice earned his law degree from the University of Nigeria and a Master's in Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame. As a blind international student, he faced accessibility and cultural barriers that shaped his passion for inclusive education. His graduate studies in International Peace Studies centered on advancing disability inclusion in peacebuilding. His professional interests span Disability Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DDEI), accessible education, and mentorship for individuals with disabilities.

Beyond work, Justice finds joy in music, fashion, and nature – spending much of his time singing and dancing.
