Highlights include world premieres, alumni events, and collaborations with the Oregon Symphony, Fourth Wall Ensemble, and jazz pianist Darrell Grant. PSU Releases 2025 Tri-County Point in Time Count on Homelessness PSU’s Homelessness Research and Action Collaborative released the 2025 Tri-County Point in Time Count, reporting 12,034 people experiencing homelessness across Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties, a 61% increase since 2023. The report highlights rising disparities and the urgent need for regional coordination. A shared vision for Portland’s comeback Portland Mayor Keith Wilson, former US Congressman Earl Blumenauer, and PSU President Ann Cudd joined PSU’s Board of Trustees to discuss a bold vision for Portland’s recovery.
