Research Interests

Serena is a public health gerontologist passionate about person-directed planning and support in long-term care, older adult behavioral health, mind-body medicine, LGBTQ aging, intergenerational programming, community capacity building, and workforce development. She works as a project manager and supports several studies at the Institute on Aging.
