Rachel (She/Her) grew up in the Pacific Northwest. She attended undergrad at a mix of The Evergreen State College, Portland Community College, and Portland State University. She graduated with her MD from the University of Washington in 2017 and then completed her training at the Providence Oregon Family Medicine Residency. She has been with SHAC since January 2026. She previously worked at Outside In. She has a broad background in general medicine and enjoys talking with people about sexual & reproductive health, LGBTQ+ care, and helping people find healthy habits to prevent illness and maintain good health. Rachel is a first-generation college student & graduate.
In her free time Rachel enjoys vegetable gardening, cooking, eating, hiking, and kayaking. She is a year-round bicycle commuter.
