PSU History
Katia was adjunct faculty in the ‘21-’22 school year, and she began her position as an Assistant Professor of Practice in Fall 2022.
Experience
Katia has almost a decade of practice experience with youth and families in schools and community settings. After moving to Portland last year from Denver, she opened a private practice, Untold Story, where she offers individual therapy, clinical supervision, and training/consultation. She approaches most of these from a postmodern-constructivist lens.
Personal Interests
Katia enjoys baking, coffee, hip hop, reality tv, and going to art museums. She will do anything to avoid doing dishes and will do everything to convince her dog to cuddle with her. She lives with her partner and son.
