Jakob Hopper

Jakob is originally from rural Oregon and brings a down-to-earth, inclusive approach to therapy. He has had the privilege of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, belief systems, and life paths. Clinically, he draws primarily from humanistic and depth psychology, along with Internal Family Systems (IFS), while also integrating values-based work and cognitive-behavioral strategies depending on each client’s unique needs. His focus is on helping clients reconnect with their inner voice, strengthen their sense of agency, and live in alignment with their deeper Self.

Jakob has specialized training working with LGBTQ+ populations and with trauma-informed care, and he is passionate about creating a space where all parts of each person are welcome. He looks forward to supporting clients in whatever challenges or goals bring them to therapy.
