Isabel Bo-Linn is a designer, educator and researcher. She received a BFA from Loyal Marymount University in Los Angeles and a Master in Graphic Design (MGD) from North Carolina State University, where her thesis project examined the potentials of an embodied interactive system tailored for individuals suffering from complicated grief. With 15+ years of professional design experience, Isabel’s non-profit and corporate clients have included the Democratic National Committee, Hillary for America, Mass General, Pier 1, Target, and others.

Her current research interests include visual essays, digital communities, and interactive systems. In her free time, she loves to spend time exploring the outdoors with her husband and dog. She also enjoys quilting, needlework, and is an avid reader of fantasy novels.
