Fu Li received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics from Sichuan University, Chengdu, Sichuan, China, in 1982 and 1985, respectively, and his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Rhode Island, Kingston, in 1990. From 1989 to 1990, he was with Prime Computer, Inc., Bedford, MA, as a member of the technical staff. Since 1990, he has been with the Portland State University and is a Full Professor of Electrical Engineering.

  • Communications: mobile and wireless technologies
  • Computer vision
