Christina Maguire (she/her) serves as the Prevention Coordinator in the Health Promotion department at the Center for Student Health and Counseling (SHAC). Prior to joining the SHAC team, Christina worked in community HIV research, where she developed a deep commitment to addressing health inequities and incorporating harm-reduction strategies. She holds an undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Denver and a Master of Public Health from UC Davis.
Outside of the office, Christina is likely on a long walk with her dog and a good audiobook, soaking up the sun with her partner (weather permitting!), or knitting on the couch in the company of her cat.
