Graduate Resarch Assistant

Carolina Toro is a doctoral student in Public Affairs and Public Policy at Portland State University and a graduate research assistant on the Oregon Farmworker Study. Her work centers on qualitative research methods and data analysis. She also has extensive experience working with vulnerable populations through participatory and multi-stakeholder projects. Her background includes applied research and the design and support of participatory governance models across government, civil society, and academic settings. Carolina brings experience in public policy research, field-based data collection, and bilingual research work (English–Spanish) to the project.
