Brielle Wiener (they/them) is a Master of Social Work student in their Advanced Clinical year at PSU, originally from New Jersey. They hold a Bachelor's of Science from the University of Oregon in Family and Human Services and Indigenous, Race, and Ethnic Studies. Prior to joining SHAC as an intern, Brielle worked as a Recovery Coach, Behavioral Support Specialist, and Mental Health Associate in various programs.
Passionate about supporting individuals facing complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and neurodiversity, Brielle also focuses on serving queer, marginalized, and identity-questioning individuals. They are dedicated to social justice, advocating for equitable mental health care access, and guiding students toward wellness and self-discovery. Brielle approaches their work with a strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective, creating safe and affirming spaces for clients to explore their identities and heal.
