Having served in a variety of industries including aerospace, heavy machinery, consulting, retail, and utilities; Beth has led cross-functional teams and projects to meet metrics such as schedule, cost, and scope. Her experience spans a variety of roles including Engineering, Business Development, Project & Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
Beth's educational background is an unusual blend of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering and an MBA in International Business and Marketing. Beth is the Founder of Running Dialogue LLC, a company focused on developing new and aspiring managers. In her spare time, she runs long distances and serves on the board of a non-profit preschool.
