She possesses more than 15 years of supply chain experience in operations and quality management roles, including working with companies such as Starbucks Coffee and TAZO.
Alicia specializes in operational efficiency, quality assurance, engineering, operations management, and leadership coaching. Alicia earned a B.S. in Biology from the State University of New York.
