Dr. Alex Hunt is an Associate Professor in the Mechanical and Materials Engineering Department in the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science at Portland State University. Dr. Hunt’s technical specialties include Robotics, Neural Control of Behavior and Locomotion, Computational Neuroscience, Additive Manufacturing, Adaptive Algorithms, and Machine Learning.
Dr. Hunt’s research and teaching interests center around making robotic systems more adaptable by applying principles learned from biology.
