Alexa Morales is a Senior Manager of Customer Success at a SaaS organization in the Learning & Development space. With over a decade of experience, she has supported clients across industries and continents, helping organizations maximize the impact of their investments. Now focused on behind-the-scenes strategy, Alexa plays a key role in coaching and mentoring CSMs, refining processes, and driving digital customer success initiatives.

A former student-athlete at Portland State (Go Viks!), Alexa brings the same discipline and teamwork from the field to her work in Customer Success. When she’s not optimizing workflows, she’s on the hunt for the best coffee in every city she visits.
