Aiswarya Dutta serves as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Centre for Public Service. She is an international student from India, pursuing a PhD in Public Affairs and Policy at Portland State University.
Aiswarya holds a master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Delhi, India. Prior to joining the PhD program, she worked in various research-related roles in the social sector in India. As a researcher, she engaged with various issues concerning rural food security in the eastern state of Odisha, exploring the gender-migration nexus and food security issues; and examined the role of decentralized renewable energy impacting the lives of women entrepreneurs in the north-eastern state of rural Assam.
She enjoys watching movies, listening to music and reading books.
