Did you know that Portland State is a consortium member of the Northwest Climate Adaptation Science Center? The NW CASC is a partnership between the U.S. Geological Survey and a consortium of university and non-university partners aimed at producing relevant and accessible science on climate change impacts and adaptation actions for Northwest natural and cultural resource managers and policy-makers.

Leadership from the NW CASC will be visiting PSU on March 13 to meet with students and faculty and share information on what the CASC does and how you can get involved.

  • Meet & Greet: 10:30 a.m.; Cramer Hall 418
  • Informational Seminar: 1 p.m.; Cramer Hall 413

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the NWCASC and how you can get involved in CASC-sponsored research.
