First-Gen Fest (In-Person)
When: Monday, November 6, 2023, 12-3 p.m.
Location: Smith Memorial Student Union (SMSU), Ballroom, room 355
Kick off a week of events celebrating First-Generation College Students with the First-Gen Fest! This celebration commemorates the signing of the Higher Education Act of 1965, which created federal financial aid programs to fund students' educations and promote college access, retention and completion for first-generation students.

There will be free food, music, games, photo booth and ... prizes!
