PSU’s Professional Licensure Program prepares award-winning anti-racist, culturally responsive school leaders that supports administrators during their licensure program and beyond. PSU’s program meets the highest professional standards and has regularly earned accolades for its equity focus.

Our graduates

Graduates earn a Professional Administrator license, qualifying them to serve as building or district school administrators, with strong anti-racist leadership, in public K–12 settings. The Professional Administrator license is required for a district administrative role in a public PK-12 Oregon school.
