Experience: In service of children, youth, and families, have worked as an organizer, trainer/facilitator, program developer, fundraiser/ grant writer, agency supervisor, manager, and director.
Interests: organizational and systems change, taking an innovative practice up to scale, using research and program evaluation to promote a better child welfare system with attention to improved outcomes for children of color, family and community engagement, leadership development, and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
