Justin holds a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and is a certified Engineer In Training, and has years of experience in managing projects of all sizes in both the public and private sector. He mostly manages smaller projects for Portland State University, but also manages some larger ones. Justin moved to Portland from Boston, MA and previously worked for the VA Hospital in Jamaica Plain.
