Denise Nguyen is an adjunct clinical supervisor in Portland State University's Speech & Hearing Sciences department and a licensed speech-language pathologist in San Diego, CA. She earned her Master's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences at Portland State University, during which she co-organized CHAT Retreat, a retreat for adults who stutter, conducted research regarding self-disclosure in adults who stutter, and delivered services to individuals who stutter via telepractice within the PSU Stuttering Lab. She has experience in pediatric clinical therapy and school-aged therapy, servicing clients and students with a variety of communication disorders.
