Kerri Evans has spent her entire career in project manager, management consultant, and chief of staff equivalent roles. She has extensive experience building Program Management Offices (PMOs) for companies in a variety of industries, leading over 25 full-lifecycle projects that ranged from very small to $120M (100+ member teams), managing a portfolio of 40 projects, driving strategic planning and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), implementing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), facilitating executive leadership meetings, and all kinds of other fun things.
She is an AI enthusiast and incorporates AI thought partnership into her PM work. Kerri has her MBA from Vanderbilt University and her undergraduate degree in Finance from Michigan State University. When she isn’t teaching courses or consulting, you’ll find Kerri at her retail flower shop, Sellwood Flower Co., trying her best to manage local blooming schedules. She loves sharing her PM knowledge with others and helping folks who are struggling with complex projects – meeting people where they are and creating an environment of belonging where everyone feels comfortable + included!
