Biography:

Dawn is a first-year Master of Urban and Regional Planning student at Portland State. She is also pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology. Her focus within the program is transportation planning with an emphasis on improving mobility for older adults and persons with disabilities. This spring and summer, she is the Transportation Intern at the Portland office of WSP. She serves on the City of Portland's Fixing Our Streets Oversight Committee, Oregon Walks' Plans and Projects Committee, and the City of St. Louis' Citizen Mobility Committee. Before pursuing a career in urban planning, she worked in arts administration at the Opera Theatre of Saint Louis.
