Pilot Program Awards Community Safety Worker Certificates

A new PSU pilot program celebrated its first graduates, awarding Community Safety Worker certificates to frontline violence prevention workers. Developed with the Portland Opportunities Industrialization Center (POIC), the two-year program professionalizes community safety work and opens pathways to future education and careers.
