You are invited to join the 4th Annual Day of Contemplation for Social Justice and engage in creative and contemplative practices, including silent meditation, journaling, and music. This is organized as a day to promote wellness and connections by Capstone Healing Trauma and Community and FRINQ Human/Nature.

Contemplation for Social Justice is a day to honor rest and the values of contemplative/reflective practices as a foundation for social justice movements. Our intention is to offer a space to foster holistic well-being, belonging, and bridge connections.

Students' Presentations include dialogue on: Polyvagal Theory and Healing, Belonging, Nostalgia, Shame & Guilt, Grief and Regret. Zines will be available.

Shephard: Join us to be a shephard for the day: See the sign up sheet and learn what it means!

Attention to instructors: You are invited to encourage students to attend the event (or part!) for extra credit if needed. We can offer reflective prompts as well as an assignment to support participation, let me know if I can be of any support.
