Resident Tuition for Western States
Residents from Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming may qualify to receive resident tuition through the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) & Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP).
Washington Border Policy
Washington residents living in approved counties may qualify to pay Oregon resident tuition for up to 8 credits per term.
