Role: Project Coordinator for Adoptive & Foster Family Therapy Program and Family Connections Oregon

 

Education: B.S. Sociology: Social Work, University of Wisconsin – River Falls  

 

Experience:  Kellie has over twenty-five years of expertise in permanency, recruitment and adoption and is the former Program Manager of the Oregon Special Needs Adoption Coalition. Kellie joined the Partnership is 2006 and works at the Portland State University campus coordinating the Adoptive & Foster Family Therapy Certificate Program for mental health therapists providing treatment to adopted children and their families.  Kellie is also the Project Manager for Family Connections Oregon, a three-year federal grant demonstrating the effectiveness of combined family find and family team meetings; resulting in lifelong familial connections for children in the child welfare system.
