Giustina Pelosi is a respected and active Pacific Northwest international education community leader. She has demonstrated success in education abroad program development and management. She specializes in faculty-led/custom programming, international internships, intercultural education, and administration of student services. Giustina is passionate about assessment and research, with a focus on the impact of study abroad experiences on student identity development and the need for returnee support services. She has significant international travel, work, and study experience in Latin America and Western Europe, including Ecuador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Peru, Spain, Italy, and France.

Giustina holds a Master of Science in College Student Services Administration with a specialization in Intercultural Relations from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a specialization in Spanish Language from Seattle University. She also holds relevant certificates and has participated in internationally based vocational and cultural exchange programs.

Throughout her career, Giustina has held various roles at Portland State University, CEA CAPA Education Abroad, and other institutions, where she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, advising, and program development skills. She has also been involved in founding professional associations and has presented at numerous professional conferences and events.

In addition to her professional work, Giustina is actively involved in professional networks and committees related to international education, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing professional development and contribution to the field.
