Dave Garten teaches Business Strategy, Strategic Alliances and Acquisitions, and Negotiation for Portland State University. He has extensive experience in strategy development, management, marketing, product development, acquisitions, negotiation, raising capital, and finance. Dave is the former CEO and current board chair for SeQuential. Previously, he worked as a business executive at Intel.
Dave has served on the board of directors of The Organically Grown Company and as a member of the Portland metropolitan region’s Community Investment Initiative Leadership Council. He earned an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MEng from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
