Tuition and fees are based on the number of credit hours that each student is enrolled in and reflect estimates for the current fee schedule.  The above figures do not include any increase in fees that may occur throughout the duration of the program. Tuition is billed quarterly.

*Resident Tuition for Western States

In addition to Oregon residents, residents of Alaska, American Samoa (AS), Arizona, California, Colorado, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), Federal States of Micronesia (FSM), Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI), the Republic of Palau (PW), South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming may qualify to receive resident tuition through the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) & Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP). This starts fall of 2027.

Washington Border Discount

Washington residents living in approved counties may qualify to pay a reduced tuition rate equal to 110% of standard resident tuition. Admitted graduate applicants are automatically considered. No separate application is required.
