Undergraduate Degree & Major: University of California at Santa Cruz, B.A. Global Economics (Honors); University of Oregon, M.Arch; Portland State University, MSRE, 2025.
Current Professional Position: Sr. Housing Construction Coordinator
About Me: I'm passionate about the built environment and working with public and private partnerships to create livability, sustainability and positive economic growth. I currently work to support the gap funding of affordable housing developers at a local city level. With an additional nine years in the architecture industry, I am looking to combine full project cycle expertise with an MSRE degree to shift towards a dynamic career in real estate development.
Career Aspirations: I am motivated to join a thoughtful real estate development firm looking to grow their team with a results-oriented, values based 'hit the grounding running' Project Manager or Development Associate that can make immediate contributions to site evaluation, design feasibility, entitlements, due diligence, permitting, construction, lease up / stabilization and conversion to perm. My goal is to support, contribute and eventually lead on the successful delivery of investment goals while making positive contributions to our built environment.
Fun Fact: Water is life. I've sailed as crew across the Pacific Ocean from Hawaii to San Francisco. I stay closer to shore these days and am currently enjoying learning to row on the Willamette river!
