BIA Application Requirements
- Professional resume
- Unofficial transcripts/mark sheets from any institution where a bachelor's degree was awarded and any institution where graduate-level credits were completed. Upon admission, applicants will be required to provide official transcripts from these institutions. Visit the PSU Admissions website for detailed transcript requirements.
- Statement of Purpose: In 500 words or less, please tell us what has led you to pursue this degree. Identify your short-term and long-term career objectives, an explanation of your decision to pursue this degree at this point in your life, and your specific interest in Portland State University’s School of Business.
- $67 application fee

Preferred Qualifications
- This program is designed for technical professionals.
- Preferred Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional or educational experience in data analytics, data reporting, and/or advanced statistics.
- If you do not have experience in these areas, please consider the Enterprise Analytics Graduate Certificate.

We engage in a holistic review process when evaluating application materials because we want to understand what has inspired you to commit to the graduate program you're applying to. We also want to learn how your experiences will complement the experiences of other members in the cohort you may join.

Submissions that rely heavily on AI-generated content or lack meaningful personal detail may affect the admissions decision.
