About Me: I’m a real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in valuation, investment, development, and portfolio management. I’m the founder and principal of AAA Appraisal Services, LLC, which I’ve successfully led since 2006, while also managing my own investment and development projects in Southwest Washington. My background spans market analysis, land acquisition, feasibility studies, entitlement navigation, financial modeling, and full-cycle project management; including a track record of acquiring and repositioning undervalued assets.
Career Aspirations: I’m currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at PSU to strengthen my foundation in commercial real estate pro forma analysis, asset management, and development planning. I’m passionate about creating lasting value through thoughtful and efficient development and helping shape the future of the built environment in the city and community I love and cherish.
Fun Fact: I love traveling and have taken some long cross-country and cross-continent trips. What fascinates me most is seeing the unique architecture in different cities and how culture, geography, and history shape the spaces we live in.
